Meet Your Teacher
Music has always been the heartbeat of my home. I grew up in California, where I first sat down at the piano, surrounded by parents who both played. Their love of music inspired me to learn every instrument they could play — and several of my own choosing.
I have studied piano since I was eight years old, and went on to teach myself both the guitar and the violin. After moving back to Utah, I began teaching piano to my siblings, performed in two school audition orchestras, and played in a small band with friends. Throughout school I was often asked to accompany Solo and Ensemble projects for orchestra and choir, as well as countless audition pieces for our theatre program.
I attended Snow College for Orchestral Performance and Theory, studying orchestra performance, private violin and piano lessons, sight-reading, ear training, and music theory. Since 2021, I have taught piano full time — and I have loved every moment of it.
My goal is to help each student build a deeper understanding of music and fall in love with the magic of playing. Whether a student thrives with sheet music, learning by ear, arranging, or composing, every lesson is tailored to fit who they are, how they learn, and the goals they hope to reach. I can't wait to work with you!
